Guys, I struggled a lot by downloading multiple software and
trying multiple ways of converting MP4
video file in to .SCR file and finally
found a way far easy to do it, so I thought to share this with you to save your precious time by going here and there…

1. Convert your .MP4
File in to .SWF by going to https://convertio.co/mp4-swf/
2. Convert your .SWF File
in to .SCR by downloading the Instant Storm freeware software from http://www.instantstorm.com/

What should be the .mp4 file size? Mine is 1920x1080, but it loses quality when in .scr file. Is it normal?
You should choose what best suits to your screen resolution (may be you can use the option 'best suitable all modern screen' while creating the .scr file.
