Or, How to enable email forwarding using routing rules in G Suite?
Scenario: We want to forward a copy of all incoming and outgoing emails of an employee/user testuser2@techiessphere.com to testuser1@teschiessphere.com .
Solution: The best way of doing it, is, you can go ahead and create email routing rules in G Suite admin console.
Steps: Creating incoming and outgoing emails routing rules
Login to G Suite Admin console at https://admin.google.com/
Type Routing in the search Google Admin search bar > Click on Routing
Hover the mouse in front of any existing routing rule under ‘Routing’ > Click on ‘Add Another’
Incoming Email Forwarding or Email Routing Rule:
On the Routing Rule setting window, enable check mark on ‘Inbound’ and ‘Internal - receiving’ > then Enable check mark on ‘Only affect specific envelope recipients’
Feed in the Email address of the recipient you want to forward the emails
Outgoing Email Forwarding or Email Routing Rule:
On the Routing Rule setting window, enable check mark on ‘Outbound’ and ‘Internal - sending’ > then Enable check mark on ‘Only affect specific envelope senders’ > Feed in the Sender’s email address > Click Save
Scroll down, and enable check mark on ‘Add more recipient’ under ‘Also deliver to’ > Click on Save
You are done, now all the emails sent to and from testuser2@techiessphere.com, will be delivered to testuser1@techiessphere.com.
Cheers, Please write me back if you have any query or feedback on this.
