How to Archive MS outlook emails?

Or, Archive outlook emails in to .PST.
Or, Why to archive outlook emails when the mailbox size increases?

Descriptions: Is your outlook email very slow overall than usual? If yes, the outlook data size is one of the very common factor which affects outlook performance. It’s very important to consider a regular email archival if you are using outlook emails in exchange server environment. If the archival is not done for long, then the .OST files size get increased. Every time you open outlook or perform any email operations, outlook takes lots of time to get everything checked and processed.

To archive your emails, please follow the steps sequentially as given below.

Steps:

1. Open Outlook and go to File menu as highlighted below.

2. Click on ‘Cleanup Tools’ and Select ‘Archive…’ option.

3. Select ‘Archive this folder and subfolders: > make sure your complete mailbox is selected, not only the inbox > Select a desired date in ‘Archive items older than:’ section (good to archive emails older than 3 months) > Click on Browse and Select a path, preferably other than C:\ drive > Click on ‘OK’ to begin the archival process.

Please Note: it may take longer to complete the archival depending on the current email data size of your mailbox.

Once the archival is completed, you will be able to see two root folder in your outlook (looks like below):

yourusername@yourdomainname.com folder contains current emails and ‘archive’ folder contains emails you have archived.

NDR - Office 365: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Or, the following recipient(s) cannot be reached, Outlook 2013 (Office 365 Server).

Problem Description:
This is a known behavior and it happens rarely due to common issues like wireless connectivity hangs, if outlook did not respond well when you click on send button etc.

The possible reason for the error you are facing could be the user was having some intermittent networking issue that happened to hit at the time the message was submitted. This behavior occurs because of a busy or unreachable Internet Mail server when you connect through your Internet service provider (ISP).

This behavior is by design and the error is expected when network failures occur.
In general, this problem is likely caused by intermittent network connectivity issues, or possibly out-of-resource problem on the client machine. Also refer this link MS reference KB : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/286106

NDR/Error Screenshot:

Solution:
Re-sending this type of email (Using Send Again button) is the available work around for this issue.
Timely windows update and reboot, up to date drivers etc. can help you in getting rid of such issues if it’s occurrence is very frequent for few of the users.

How to set auto deletion of emails under "Deleted items" folder in Outlook 2016?

Or, Setting Empty Deleted item folders when exiting Outlook.
Or, How to set auto cleanup of "Deleted items" folder in Outlook 2016?
Or, Empty deleted items folders when exiting Outlook.

Descriptions: Its always cool to have this feature enabled in Outlook. My personal experience is, I never wanted to delete those emails again which I have already deleted from my inbox. To avoid this rework and save my time, I use to shift+delete the emails I don't want to keep in my mailbox but this became pain sometime when unknowingly I have selected any other useful emails and pressed Shift+Delete :(, So, in this case I prefer to only press delete button for any emails instead of pressing Shift+Delete.

After couple of days, deleted items folder get too huge with many emails and its again became suspicious whether to select all and delete or delete them one by one.. :(

Now just to avoid this situation and make sure things are being done accurately, I have set this option in my outlook and YES, I am happy. You can try this if this is suitable for you.

Steps:
1. Open Outlook > Go to File

2.  Go to Options

3. Go to Advance > Enable check mark on "Empty deleted items folders when exiting Outlook".

Or, MS Word 2016 error “Word is waiting for an OLE action to finish”.

Problem Descriptions: I had installed MS office 2016 today in my laptop after a complete format. The very strange things I noticed after MS office installation was, when I was trying to copy any image in Word file, it was giving me this error. It was too much frustrating as the error was not going away easily, even if you click on cancel, Switch to, or Retry options, its keeps on hanging…

Error Screenshot:

Solution:
Yes, its silly but the trick that worked for me was, DISK CLEANUP of drive C:\. Please perform Disk Cleanup of drive C:\ and the problem should be resolved.

To perform Disk Cleanup, follow the steps below:
Go to C:\ drive Properties > Click on Disk Cleanup > Select everything that can contain Temporary files-as per your best knowledge > Click on Cleanup System Files > Wait for Cleanup to be completed (its going to take some time, keep calm) > Reboot your computer

That’s it.. Cheers.. If you are still facing this problem, you can try SFC /SCANOW command.

How to disable/hide File>Options>Mail>Fonts and Stationery in Outlook 2010 With The Help Of Group Policy?

This time I am not giving solution but asking for your help in having some solution to one of my complicated problem.

Guys anyone know "How to disable/hide File>Options>Mail>Fonts and Stationery  in Outlook 2010 with the help of Group Policy?". I tried searching for policy ID for this Stationery and Font option but was not able to see any policy ID for this.
I tried number of KBs where people are only suggesting the way to disable "Stationery and Fonts" when composing mails but my requirement is to disable the "Stationery and Font" button which comes under Outlook>File>Options>Mail. I have highlighted the feature below in screenshot:

Somewhere I found that the below ID reference can work for it, but when I tried It did not worked for me..

The ID for More Stationery command is 5611. The Options | Mail | Stationery and Fonts button ID is3766.

If you have any solution to this, please write me back on the comment box..I have posted this query on  Microsoft Technet forum but there is no answer till now.. :) :(

Updated: 30/05/2017
I know its bit late to update but guys, I would suggest you to check the license type of MS office software you are using. This kind of behaviours are observed with Standard or Home edition license types of MS office as these license types are not fully supported by AD group policies.

Cheers, Please write me back if you have any query of feedback on this..
